counselling/therapeutic room hire
Our rooms are perfect for one to one counselling or therapies, well appointed with comfortable chairs, soft lighting and tissues as well as use of kitchen facilities, toilets and plenty of parking for practitioners and their clients.

We are a developing service, and will shortly have a reception and waiting area. We have a break out space where you can relax before/after or in between sessions, perhaps have a drink or a bite to eat and connect with other practitioners. There is also a coffee shop on our site.

If you are a counsellor hiring with us, we also offer the opportunity to join a referral scheme with our low cost counselling agency, thus building your practice.

Our rooms are situated on the second floor with stairs to navigate, therefore unfortunately are not suitable for people with mobility concerns/wheelchair users.
availability
we believe that charging room hire by the hour promotes unethical practice - we want you to be able to offer a full hour to clients, have time to settle prior to sessions and enough of a gap between clients to write up notes, rest and prep.

Therefore our rooms are available to hire on a session basis of 1hr 15mins, right up to day rates if you want your own private space.
cost
session hire is available from £12 with discounts for block bookings or regular day rate bookings
timings
We offer very flexible and varied hours of hire, including at "unsociable" hours by further agreement. At these times our reception/waiting area is limited and there are further considerations around safety when lone working, which can be further discussed.
